Booking and Availability

All services are subject to availability. We recommend reading service details carefully before booking. Appointment confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after successful booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly.

Service Limitations

While we strive to restore your baby gear to the best possible condition, please note:

• Some stains may be permanent due to age, fabric type, or stain composition
• Normal wear and tear cannot be reversed through cleaning
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal aging are not covered

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the items to be cleaned
• Removing all personal items before service
• Ensuring items are accessible at the scheduled time
• Providing accurate contact information for service updates

Limitation of Liability

Tidy Throne Co.'s liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.
